Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Lagos Creative! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Booking and Rescheduling
    •    Studio sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform at www.lagoscreative.co.
    •    Each session is limited to one recording.
    •    Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session start time. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited.
    •    If a customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled start time, the session may be marked as a no-show and forfeited at the discretion of Lagos Creative, LLC. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-show sessions unless Session Insurance was used to reschedule prior to the scheduled start time.
    •    All bundle and membership purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    •    All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Customer Conduct
    •    Customers are expected to treat the studio space, equipment, and staff with respect at all times.
    •    Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or facilities caused by the customer or their guests will be the customer’s financial responsibility.

3. Modification of Terms
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

4. Termination of Privileges
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC reserves the right to ban or terminate any customer’s booking privileges, packages, or memberships without notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

5. Liability Waiver
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.

6. Content Usage Rights
    •    All content generated in the studio is owned by the customer.
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC reserves the right to use any content generated in the studio for marketing purposes in perpetuity.
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC retains delivered content for a maximum of 30 days from the recording date. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted from our storage system. It is the customer's sole responsibility to download and archive all files within this 30-day window.

7. Non-Solicitation
    •    Customers agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit, encourage, or attempt to hire or engage any employee, contractor, or agent of Lagos Creative, LLC during or after their relationship with the studio.

8. Content Delivery & Turnaround
    •    Delivery timelines for studio content are based on the scope of work and service level agreed upon at the time of booking.
    •    Lagos Creative, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete materials, client-side approvals, missed bookings, or rescheduling.
    •    For hourly studio bookings, content will typically be delivered within 3 business days unless otherwise specified.

9. Memberships Overview
    •    LC Pod Club memberships include a set number of studio sessions per month, based on the membership tier selected at sign-up.
    •    A member’s billing cycle begins on the date of enrollment and automatically renews on that same calendar date each month.
    •    Session credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and must be booked in advance via www.lagoscreative.co/book, subject to availability.
    •    Session credits renew each billing cycle and do not roll over—unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period.
    •    Membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file each month. Members are responsible for keeping their payment method up to date to avoid service interruptions.
    •    Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice, submitted via email to general@lagoscreative.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next full billing cycle following notice.
    •    No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused session credits.
    •    All membership purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    •    Each LC Pod Club membership includes Session Insurance, which allows members to reschedule a session up to one (1) minute before the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests submitted after the session start time may result in forfeiture of the session credit at the discretion of Lagos Creative, LLC. All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to general@lagoscreative.co.
    •    By enrolling in a membership, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Lagos Creative, LLC to resolve the matter in good faith.


Acknowledgment and Agreement
    •    By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these LC Studios Terms and Conditions in full.
    •    These terms apply to all studio bookings, memberships, and services rendered by Lagos Creative, LLC unless otherwise specified in writing.

We use Google Analytics for this purpose. This information is anonymous and is used to improve our website and services.

  • Schedule, manage, and confirm your studio bookings.

  • Process your payments (via Square).

  • Send you confirmation emails, receipts, and other administrative messages.

  • Analyze site usage to improve our website and user experience (via Google Analytics).

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations with the following third parties:

  • Wix: Our website and booking system are hosted on Wix. Wix stores your data on secure servers.

  • Square, Inc.: To process your payments. We only share the information necessary to complete the transaction.

  • Google Analytics: To analyze website traffic. All data shared with Google is anonymized.

  • By Law: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.
